【摘要】 人类T细胞白血病病毒Ⅰ型(HTLV-Ⅰ)主要导致T细胞白血病和T细胞淋巴瘤,并且在一些自身免疫性的疾病,如系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者中有较高的感染率。我们对上海周围地区与HTLV-Ⅰ有关的部分病例进行检测。运用免疫荧光法从临床白血病患者中筛选了6例T淋巴细胞性白血病患者,用病理切片诊断出28例皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤患者以及56例SLE患者;分别抽取患者的血清样品,运用ELISA和Western蛋白印迹电泳的方法进行检测。从上述90例标本中,发现一例T淋巴细胞性白血病患者血清呈阳性反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Human T lymphocytic leukemia type 1 virus (HTLV-I) is the etiological factor of lymphocytic Leukemia and T Cell lymphoma. It is also relatively highly infective in patients suffering from systemic lupus erythematosis(SLE). By using ELISA and "Western blot, we have tested 6 cages of T cell leukemia patients, 28 cases of CTCL (cutaneous T cell lymphoma) and 52 cases of SLE patients in Shanghai. We found one HTLV-I antibody positive case. Showed specific P19, P24 bands In the Western blot. The patient is suffering from T cell leukemia. He has been living in Shanghai for a long time. He denied contactwith persons from HTLV-I endemic areas and denied having been to HTLV-I endmic areas. The HTLV-I antibody positive case implies that there actuallyexists HTLV-I in China.更多还原
