用间接免疫荧光法检测大鼠的抗泰泽氏菌抗体

【摘要】 用大鼠来源的泰泽氏菌芽孢RJ株经口服感染3周龄Wistar系大鼠,获得该菌抗原和抗血清,建立了检测泰泽氏病的免疫荧光法,并证实该法具有特异性。用该法检测不同饲养环境中的大鼠,结果:饲养在隔离器内的SPF级大鼠的抗体阳性率为0(0/28),饲养在开放系统内的普通级大鼠的抗体阳性率为40.9%(36/88),而饲养在同一开放系统内的普通级小鼠的阳性率仅为3%。这种差异是否反映了不同种类动物来源的菌株具有不同的抗原性,尚待进一步研究。

【Abstract】 Using Bacillus piliformis extracted from infected liver homogenate as bacterialantigen, an indirect immunofluorecent assay was established for the detection ofanti-Bacillus piliformis antibody. and proved to be specific to Bacillus piliformis. Bythis method, it was found that the antibody positive rate of SPF rats maintained inisolators was 0 (0/28), while that of conventional rats maintained in open systemwas 40.9% (34/88), indicating different infective rates of rats in different envi-ronments. The antibody positive rate of conventional mice maintained in the sameopen system was only 3%. As the bacterial antigen used in this method was derivedfrom rat, whether the difference of antibody positive rate between rats and mice reflectsthe different antigenicities of the bacteria derived from different species remains forfurther study.
