【摘要】 本文研究正常人皮肤16个不同部位的寻常型天疱疮(PV)抗原、类天疱疮(BP)抗原和获得性大疱性表皮松解症(EBA)抗原表达的区域性差别。结果表明PV抗原在颊粘膜、头皮、面部和躯干上部表达率较高;BP抗原在腘窝、肘窝、上背、下背、股内侧和下腹部表达率较高;EBA抗原在膝、腘窝、足背、肘、肘窝和下腹部表达率较高。本文提示,正常人皮肤和粘膜不同部位的PV抗原和BP抗原的高表达率基本上与PV和BP的皮损好发部位相一致,而EBA抗原的高表达率只有部分与EBA好发部位相一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 Regional variations in the expression of pemphigus vulgaris (PV), bullous pem-phigoid (BP) and epidermolysis bullosa acquisita (EBA) antigens in 16 different areas of normal human skin were evaluated by indirect immunofluorescence using serum with high titers of PV, BP and EBA antibodies. Antigen express-concentrations were measured as the highest dilution of serum (end-point titer) that stained the target antigen. Highest expressions of PV antigen were found in buccae mucosa, scalp, face, xiphoid, upper back and upper lateral chest regions. Highest expressions of BP antigen were in popliteal fossa, antecubital fossa, upper back, lower back and lower abdomen regions. Highest expressions of EBA antigen were found in knee, popliteal fossa, dorsum of foot, antecubital fossa, elbow and lower abdomen. The results showed that the high expressions of PV and BP antigens in the different regions of normal human skin correlated well with the preferential distributions of lesions in PV and BP but the expression of EBA antigens correlated only partially.更多还原
