【摘要】 本文用免疫沉淀法检测各种RNPs的RNA组分,发现各种抗RNPs抗体所沉淀的RNAs是具有特征性的,抗U₁RNP抗体沉淀出U₁RNA,抗Sm抗体沉淀出U₂RNA、U₁RNA、U₄RNA、U₅RNA和U₆RNA,抗SSA抗体沉淀出了Y₁-Y₅RNAs,抗SSB抗体沉淀出Y₁-Y₅RNAs、La4.5RNA和7-2RNA,抗JO-1抗体沉淀出tRNA^His。因而根据待测血清所沉淀的RNAs可判断血清中各种抗BNPs抗体,结果显示,免疫沉淀法较免疫双扩散法敏感。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the detection of RNA patterns in RNPs with immunoprecipitation assay, The results show the following specific characteristics; anti-ulRNP antibody precipitates ulRNA, anti-Sm antibody precipitates u2RNA,ulRNA, u4RNA,u5RNA and u6RNA, anti-SSA antibody precipitates Y1-Y5RNAs, anti-SSB precipitates 7-2RNA,La4.5 RNA and Y1-Y5RNAs, anti-Jo-1 antibody precipitates tRNAHis.
