10MnVTiN钢再结晶控轧控冷工艺的研究

【摘要】 本文介绍的10MnVTiN钢具有较高的晶粒粗化温度、较低的晶粒粗化速率、低的奥氏体再结晶温度和强的沉淀硬化能力等RCR工艺所要求的冶金特性。再结晶控轧(RCR)工艺完满地解决了用合金化或热处理方法尚不能解决的强度、韧性与可焊性三者之间的矛盾。同时还克服了常规控轧(CCR)工艺中要求轧制过程待温和较大轧制力的缺点。

【Abstract】 The 10MnVTiN Steel introduced in this article has the metallurgical characteristics required by recrystal controlled rolling (RCR) process, such as higher grain coarsing temperature, lower grain coarsening speed, low austenite recrystal temperature and strong precipitation hardening ability. RCR process solved the contradictions satistactorlly among strength, toughness and weldability which can’t be solved by alloying and heat-treatment methods. Meanwhile, it overcomes defects of waiting for relling temperature and larger rolling force in continuous controlled rolling process.
