Cu-9Ni-6Sn合金的组织与性能研究
A Study on the Structure and Characteristics of Cu-9Ni-6Sn Alloy
【摘要】 本文研究了真空熔铸Cu-9Ni-6Sn合金铸锭及随后热冷压力加工、热处理后的金相组织及其变化规律性,测定了冷轧变形度99%和适当时效后带材的拉伸机械性能、导电性能和耐蚀性能。试验结果表明:经特大冷压变形并时效的合金带材具有较高的强度和弹性,同时兼有一定的导电及良好的耐腐蚀性能。
【Abstract】 In this paper, metallographic structures of the cast ingot of Cu-9Ni-6Sn alloy prepared by vacuum molten-cast, going through hot and cold working under pressure afterwards, and undergoing heat treatments are investigated, and the regularity of variations of the structures are studied as well. The tensile characteristics, conductivity and corrosion resistance of the strip alloy after deformation by 99% during cold rolling and appropriate aging have been measured. The results show that the strip alloy after especially big cold rolling deformation and aging possesses rather high strength and elasticity, and has moderate conductivity and good corrosion resistance.
