大鼠固定脑前、内皮质与尾壳核间联系——Dil荧光标记观察

【摘要】 以Dil荧光染料为示踪剂,在固定后的大鼠脑研究脑组织前、内皮质与尾壳核间局部定位联系。结果表明:32区在嘴侧冠状切面上标记纤维分布于尾壳核的全切面,继而分布于内侧和腹侧。25区与之类似,但更为腹侧些。24区前部分布于内侧,后部分布于背内侧部。运动皮质:前肢区主要分布于背外侧份,后肢区主要分砸于背内侧部。除前肢区外其他各区均见少量标记纤维经胼胝体入对侧尾壳核。活鼠注射,在同侧尾状核内可见少最终末样纤维。

【Abstract】 Connections between the anterior and medial cortex and the caudateputamen nucleus in fixed rat brains were studied with a fluorescent dye, the Dil, as a tracer. Results exhibited that labeled fibers from the area 32 were distributed througout the rostromost sections of the caudate-putamen nucleus most concentrated in the medial and ventral portions. The ares 25 showed a similar pattern of distribution though a little bit toward more ventral.In the anterior portion of the area 24, the fibers were distributed in the medial sections of the caudate-putamen nucleus, while in its posterior portion, more dorsomedially. In the forelimb area of motor cortex, fibers were mainly found in the dorsomedial aspect of the nucleus; while in the hind-limb area, mainly towards dorso-medially. A few weakly labeled fibers could be identified passing through the corpus callosum to the contralateral striatal areas in all cortical areas except the forelimb one. Besides, a few terminallike fibers were observed in the ipsilateral caudate-putamen nucleus in vivo.
