土豆组织膜酪氨酸组织传感器的研究
Patato Tissue Based Membrane Bioelectrode For Tyrosine
【摘要】 首次采用土豆组织作生物催化材料,将其组织肉浆与氧电极配合,制成了植物组织酪氨酸电极。在5×10-6-6×10(-4)mol/L浓度围内,响应信号与L-酪氨酸浓度呈线性关系,电极寿命至少30天,响应时间仅为4分钟,性能优于同类电极。
【Abstract】 Potato tissue is examined as biocatalytic layer for tyrosine tissue. based membrane electrode. The linear response range of this electrode is 0.05--0.6mvmol/L. It has an useful lifetime of at least thirty days. The response time is only 4 min. This tis- sue-based electrode is superior to other similar electrode.
