大鼠红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶增龄性变化

【摘要】 应用邻苯三酚自氧化法测定3~4、7~8和12~13月龄 Wistar 大鼠红细胞中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,结果分别为:11 409+994、11 098±636、10 310±960 U/g Hb。SOD 活性随增龄递减,12~13与3~4月龄 SOD 比较显著下降。故认为:SOD 可作为衰老诊断的参考指标,支持衰老的自由基学说。

【Abstract】 SOD was detected with the methods of pyrogallol autoxidation method in the rat of 3~ 4 months,7~8 months and 12~13 months.The results were 11 409±994,11 098±636 and 10 310±960U/g Hb respectively.SOD was decreasing while the age increasing.SOD in the rat of 12~13 months was decreased obviously comparing to the rat of 3~4 months. Therefore,SOD can be served as diagnostic parameters of aging.The theory of free radical in aging was sustained
