【Abstract】 Ascites of BALB/c mice containing monoclonal antibodies Kp3 （IgG₁）and Kp4（IgM） against Rickettsia tsutsugamushi were purified respectively by using China-made hydroxyla- patite chromatography.The rate of reclamation of this method was higher than that obtained by chromatography on protein A-sepharose and ion exchange chromatography on DEAE cel- lulose.The antibody activities of the purified monoclonal antibodies were stable.This method can be used to purify both IgG and IgM.更多还原
