【摘要】 为研究各型先天性心脏病的病因,采用1∶1配比病例-对照研究方法,调查了168对调查对象的父、母孕前和孕期多方面因素。将各型先心病作为一类疾病进行单因素分析,在α=0.10水平上从55个变量中筛选出19个可疑危险因素,然后用这19个变量与几型常见的先心病做双重筛选逐步回归分析,在α=0.05水平上求得各型先心病的危险因素。研究发现各型先心病的病因互有交叉又不尽相同。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the causes of every type of congenitalheart disease,we used 1:1 case-control study method and collected 168 pairsof cases and controls which were investigated many factors of their mothersand fathers before and during pregnancy。Firstly,using single factoranalysis,the 19 suspicious risk factors were obtained(α=0.10).Secondly,using Double-screening Stepwise Regression analysed the 19 suspicious riskfactors and several types of the disease.We obtained the causes of everytype of congenital heart disease(α=0.05).It was found that the causesof one type of the disease were not the same as others completely.更多还原
