【摘要】 为研究影响脑血管疾病病人生存的因素,应用了单因素X~2检验、多因素逐步回归及COX回归分析对章丘、招远两市381例脑血管疾病病人的生存因素进行了定量分析。结果表明,主要影响因素有发病年龄、死者生前的最高诊疗单位、已知患高血压的年限、治疗后语言、运动功能的恢复和恢复期进食蔬菜的状况,以及配偶是否健在。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cerebral vascular disease(CVD)is a group of disease harmingpeople′s healthy severiously,it greatly reduced people′s average lifespan。For the purpose of determing the factor affecting CVD patients survival.We studied 381 CVD patients who died from 1987 to 1989.In the analysis,X~2-test in single factors,stepwise regression and COX regression analysiswere used for selecting confirmed.Those are age,the highest hospital beforeone′s death,longth of known hypertention history,oral and movementability and vegetable′s taking in recovering time,the condition of spouse′sliving before one′s dead.更多还原
