沸腾并联管束多级节流下受热不均时流量分配计算模型研究
A Numerical Model Investigation on Boiling Multi-Parallel——Channel Flow Rate Distribution Associated with Multi Orifice Existing and Non-Uniformly Heating
【摘要】 并联管网广泛存在于动力、化工、原子能设备中,管内为单相流动的复杂管网计算已趋复杂。对于管内为两相、考虑受热不均及多级节流方式下的管网计算目前还没有合适的数学模型,已有实验研究只能进行单相下缩小设备尺寸的比例模化,与实际设备相差较远。本文基于管网计算的两个基本规则,提出数学模型,获得了各单管或管屏的水动力特性曲线方程,从而计算出各分支管的流量。编制了程序,对模型的正确性进行了考验,该模型被证明是有效的。
【Abstract】 Parallel- channel system has been applied in power engineering, chemical industry and nuclear reactor engineering extensively, Complex multi-parallel-channel system calculation for single phase flowing is complicated, no suitable numerical model exists as two - phase flowing in parallel- channel under the condition of multi orifice existing and non-uniformly heating so far. Some model experimental researches have been conducted out, a great many of them focus on when the facility dimension is decreased according to a particular ratio, the process is different from the process which occurs in the true facility greatly. Based on the two basic principles of parallel-channel calculation, a new numerical model has been worked out in this paper, the hydraulic characteristic curve equations of separate group tubes are obtained, then the flow rates of separate group tubes are accured. The program has been written out, it is verified to be adequate for the calculation.
