【Abstract】 To set up the predicting model of city electric power demand has an important significance for making electric power development program and planning the targets of electricity saving. We make a try for the prediction of electric demand by using stochastic theory and give a method to deal with nonstable data and make a joint prediction for electric power demand by using the thought of segmental fitting.
