【Abstract】 In this paper an optimal control problem of the time-varying linear singu- lar system with quadratic cost is proposed and analysed, and the system does not satisfy Campbell’s solvability condition. An expression of the solution and a reason- able construction of the optimal control system are given. The results reflect the main characteristics of this kind of optimal control problems.更多还原
