摆动从动件圆柱凸轮压力角函数式及其最小基圆半径的求解方法
FUNCTION EQUATION OF PRESSURE ANGLE AND SOLUTION OF BASE RADIUS OF OSCILATING CAM
【摘要】 导出该类机构压力角α的函数式和基圆半径r的求解公式:tgα=[Lψ′-rsin(ψ_m/2-ψ)]/rcos(ψ_m/2-ψ);r=Lψ′cosα/sin[(α+ψ_m/2-ψ]。式中,α为压力角,r为基圆半径,ψ_m为给定的从动件最大摆角,ψ为ψ_m/2与偏置角之差,L为摆杆长发。给出计算实例。列出有关计算公式,可用以确定结构尺寸和校验压力角值。
【Abstract】 Derivates the equations as follow: tgα=[Lφ′-rsin(φ_m/2-φ)]/rcos(φ_m/2—φ); r= Lφ′cosa/sin[(α+φ_m/2)—φ], Where the α is pressure angle, r is base radius, φ is difference between a half φ_m and slanting angle, φ_m is maximum oscillaating angle, L is oscillating rod length. A example is given. Some relative formulas are listed. They may be used for design and calibration of the cylindrical earn mechanism.
