玉米再生植株的性状和染色体变异

【摘要】 继代培养6~8个月的玉米自交系黄早4愈伤组织产生的植株,其形态特征和生长发育出现多种变异。平均株高、叶片数和茎粗低于对照(实生苗).多数植株生育期变短,生殖器官发育异常,结实率低,单株结籽数少.一些植株的株型、叶序或花丝颜色等性状也发生变化.根尖细胞染色体分析表明,再生植株中,二倍体、混倍体和非整倍体的频率分别为84.25%、9.45%和6.36%,有25.2%的植株出现明显的染色体结构变异。

【Abstract】 The plants of the inbred line Huangzaosi of maize regenerated from calli that were sub-cultured for 6~8 months changed remarkably in morphological characters and development.Some of them showed shorter height, fewer leaves and thinner stems than control. There were extensive variations in the majority of regenerants, such as earlier maturity, abnormal tassel and ear, and poor fertility. Shape, phyllotaxy, the colour of silks also varied in some of regenerants. By the examination of chromosomes in root cells, 84.25% of regenerants were diploids, 9.45% were mixoplods, and 6.30% were aneu-ploids. There were 25.2% of the regenerants with obvious alterations in chromosome structure.
