混凝土缺陷超声参数的模糊聚类与判别分析
FUZZY CLUSTERING AND DISTINCTIVE ANALYSIS OF MULTIPLE ULTRASONIC PARAMETERS OF CONCRETE FLAW
【摘要】 本文以超声声时、振幅、波形作为综合评定混凝土缺陷研究的基础,开展了对超声接收信号首波幅值的研究和波形的频谱分析。综合采用声速、衰减值、频谱分析主频值三超声参量作为判别变量,运用模糊聚类和多组判别分析方法,探求对混凝土模拟疏松、孔洞缺陷进行分类判别的可行性,并且依据所得的判别数据库对待判样品的所属缺陷类别作出了评判。
【Abstract】 In this paper, based on the study of concrete flaw evaluation by "ultrasonic time, amplitude, wave form" combined method, research of the first-wave-amplitude of received ultrasonie signals and frequency spectrum analysis of wave form were carried out. Ultrasonic parameters such as pulse velocity, attenuation and main frequency value were utilized by means of fuzzy clustering and multiple distinctive analysis in order to explorate the feasibility of distinguishing and classifing concrete flaws such as simulated loose area or hole. Flaws of samples to be determined were classified according to the estimating-data-base resulting.
