CARIX工艺去除饮用水中硬度和硝酸盐
ELIMINATION OF HARDNESS AND NITRATE FORM DRINKING WATER BY THE CARIX ION EXCHANGE PROSS
【摘要】 本文研究了二氧化碳再生离子交换树脂(CARIX)工艺处理硬度和硝酸盐较高的地下水使之达到生活饮用水标准,此工艺采用国产的弱酸阳树脂 D113和强碱阴树脂 D231组成混床,二氧化碳作为同时再生阴阳两种树脂,每一产水周期的产水量为53个床体积,硬度平均去除一半,硝酸盐平均去除三分之一。用此工艺处理生活饮用水是可行的。
【Abstract】 This Paper describes the CARIX Process for treating the groundwater which contains higher hardness and nitrates,making the effluent water to meet the sanitary standard for drinking water.Using a weak—acid cation resin(D113),and a strong—base anion resin (D231)combined in a mixed bed,and carbon dioxide as the simultaneous regnerator of both resins,to treat the raw water,over 53 BVs of product water per cycle were turned out with the elimination of hardness about one half and of nitrate,one third.
