夏玉米微量元素吸收分配规律的研究
ABSORPTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF MICRONUTRIENTS IN SUMMER MAIZE (ZEA MAYS L.)
【摘要】 玉米植株中锌(Zn)、锰(Mn)、铜(Cu)、钼(Mo)4种元素的相对含量,在一生中呈前期高后期低的变化趋势。每亩累计吸收量,Zn>Mn>Cu>Mo;高产>中产>低产。每生产100kg 籽粒吸收 Zn 8.35g,Mn 4.99g,Cu 2.05g,Mo 0.22g。抽雄前吸收约占总量的55%~70%,抽雄后吸收约占30%~40%。大喇叭口期日吸收强度最高,约占总吸收量的2.5%~3.7%。籽粒由植株再分配所获养分占元素总吸收量的百分数为:Zn 20.49%,Mn 45.99%,Cu 28.97%,Mo 48.26%。
【Abstract】 The relative contents(ppm)of micronutrients including Zn,Mn,Cu,Mo in summer maize plants(Zea mays L.cv.Yedan 2)were higher in early growth period and lower in the late.The cumulative absorption per mu was increased with increasing of grain yield,and Zn>Mn>Cu>Mo.To produce 100kg grain,the Zn,Mn,Cu and Mo might be absorbed by 8.35,4.99,2.05 and 0.22g,respectively.The absorption before tasseling accounted for 55-70% of the total amount,and 30-45% after tasseling.The highest absorbing intensity (mg mu-1 day-1)appeared at big bugle stage,and the amount made up 2.5-7.3% of the to- tal absorption.The percentage of micronutrients in grain redistributed from other organs was Zn 16.5%,Mn 35.4,Cu 25.6%,Mo 40.7% of total absorption respectively.
