稀土在盐浴渗碳中的应用
APPLICATION OF RARE EARTH ELEMENTS IN SALT LIQUID CARBURIZING
【摘要】 本文研究了稀土在盐浴液体渗碳中的作用,试验表明加入稀土后,可使渗碳速度加快,渗层厚度增加,渗后淬火硬度提高,使零件达到≥HR15N89的技术要求。可取代剧毒的氰盐和微毒的“603”盐浴渗碳。
【Abstract】 This paper studies the action of RE in salt Liquid carburizing, It has been shown that the speed of carburizing as well as the depth of carburizing layer is increases after addition of rare earth elements to carburize,and the quenching hardness of carburizing layer has been raised. Hardness of workpieces exceeds HR15N89, which can meet technical demands. So RE slat liquid carburizing may replace poisonous cyanide slat bath or "603" slat liquqid carburzing.
