不溶混液体双工质余热回收系统分析
Analysis of a Waste Heat Recovery System Using steam/Immiscible Liquid Binary Working Medium
【摘要】 本文对蒸汽/不溶混液体底循环作了较为系统的热力循环分析计算,该循环不但可以提高循环热效率,还可以解决单纯采用有机加工质循环存在的溢漏和热力性质不理想等问题,并将计算结果与传统水蒸汽底循环作了比较,认为提出该循环并对此作研究是必要的,其研究结果对于提高余热回收热效率是有意义的。
【Abstract】 A relatively systematic analysis and calculation has been performed of the thermodynamic cycle of a steam/immiscible liquid waste heat recovery system. The application of this cycle makes it possible to not only enhance cycle thermal efficiency but also solve sealing problems and the undesirable thermodynamic characteristics associuated with the use of an organic working medium cycle. The calculation results are compared with those of a traditional water steam cycle. The authors maintain that the proposed study of the above cycle is necessary and the study results can play a significant role in raising the thermal efficiency of waste heat recovery systems.
