【摘要】 调查了广西巴马瑶族208人的9个红细胞血型系统和ABH分泌型的分布。ABO系统中O型率(60.1％)和基因频率γ(0.7771)极高,而A型率(13.0％)和基因频率p(0.0776)则是国内最低值。Ss系统中S基因频率(0.0072)也是国内最低值。Rh系统中CDe染色体频率(0.8146)极高,而cDe频率(0.0232)较低,符合南方民族特点。Kidd系统中JK~α频率(0.5649)大于Jk~b与我国大多数人群相反。Xg系统中Xg频率高达0.7469。P与Duffy系统的分布偏向于南方民族,MN、Diego、Lewis、ABH等系统的分布则符合我国人群的一般规律,无明显特点。用15个座位的基因频率计算的遗传距离与聚类表明,瑶族应归入蒙古人种南亚类型。更多还原

【Abstract】 The distribution of 9 red-cell blood-group systems and ABH secretion was studied on 208 Yaozu testees in Bama Yaozu Autonomous County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. In the ABO system, the percentage of phenotype O (60.1%) and gene frequency r (0.7771) are very high, while the A-phenotype percentage (13.0%) and gene frequency p (0.0776) are the lowest ones observed in China. The frequency of s gene in Ss system is found also to be the lowest figure among the populations studied in China up to date. The CDe chromosome frequency (0.8146) is very high while that of cDe (0.0232) is quite low, which tallies with the characteristics of southern ethnic groups in China. In the Kidd system, in contrary to most populations in China, the Jka frequency of Yaozu (0.5649) is higher than that of Jkb. The Xg gene frequency (0.7469) should be considered very high. And the distribution of P and Duffy systems of Yaozu has some similarity to those of southern ethnic groups, while those of MN, Diego, Lewis and ABH systems do not show any evident distinguishing feature. The genetic distances and phylogenic tree obtained on the basis of gene frequencies of 15 loci of 9 ethnic groups show that the Yaozu should be included into the Mongoloids of southern-Asia type.更多还原
