掺杂氟化钡晶体的γ辐照损伤
Effects of Dopants on γ-Irradiation Damage of BaF2 Crystal
【摘要】 掺杂离子对氟化钡晶体的辐照损伤的影响为:掺少量 La3+能提高抗光损伤能力;O2-严重加剧光损伤;过渡族、Mg2+、Ca2+、一般稀土离子能加重光损伤,而且与掺杂浓度有关。
【Abstract】 The effects of dopants on irradiation damage to BaF2 crystal areas follows:small amount of La3+ improves the irradiation hardness;O2- agg-ravates the irradiation damage severely;the transition metal,Mg2+,Ca2+ andrare-earth ions aggravate the irradiation damage in relation to their concen-trations.
