【Abstract】 The sapphire crystal with a diameter of 120mm has been grownby Bridgman method.Some defects in the crystal such as cracking,bubblesand colourations are discussed.Establishment of the growing temperature isone of the key problems in the technology of growing sapphire crystals.Appropriate measures have been taken to eliminate the defects in the crystaland the ideal complete sapphire crystal has been formed.更多还原
