YVO4∶RE3+(RE∶Pr、Sm、Tb、Es、Dy)晶体的研究
Studies on YVO4:RE3+ (RE:Pr,Sm,Tb,Er,Dy) Crystals
【摘要】 本文探讨了助熔剂法生长 YVO4:RE3+(RE:Pr,Sm,Tb,Er,Dy)晶体的工艺。讨论了助熔剂 V2O5,Pb2P2O7和温度对晶体生长习性和缺陷的影响。测定了晶体的结构参数和光谱。Y0.9Sm0.1VO4和 Y0.95Dy0.05VO4晶体具有很好的光谱特性。
【Abstract】 in this paper the technique of YVO4:RE3+ (RE:Pr,Sm,Tb,Er,Dy) crystal growth has been studied by flux method.The influence of V2O5,Pb2P2O7 flux and temperature of crystal growth on the crystal behaviour anddefects has been discussed.The crystal structure and spectra have been mea-sured and analysed.It is found that there is of excellence properties of spe-ctra in the Y0.3Sm0.1VO4 and Y0.95 DY0.05VO4 crystals.
