【摘要】 本文以补肾活血为主,结合辨证施治,对46例男性不育患者进行治疗。结果显示:治疗3个月后,精液液化时间、精子密度及活动率均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01)。46例患者中,治愈27例(占58.7％)(其中配偶受孕21例),显效10例(占21.7％),有效5例(占10.9％),无效4例(占8.7％)。结果表明,补肾活血法对提高精液质量,治疗精液异常引起的不育症具有重要的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 46 cases of male infertility were treated by activating blood circulation and invigorating kidney based on syndrome differentiation. It was shown that the seminal liquefaction time, sperm count and motility were all significantly increased (P<0.01) after three months of treatment. The curative, markedly effective, effective and ineffective rates were 58.7% (27 cases), 21.7%(10), 10.9%(5) and 8.7%(4) respectively. Among the 2,7 cases cured, 21 of their spouses were pregnant during this period. It was shown that this measure is very useful for improving the quality of sperms and for the treatment of male infertility caused by seminal abnormality.更多还原
