【摘要】 18例配子体和无性体均阳性的恶性疟患者,随机双盲分为A、B和C三组,各组均6例。A组顿服甲氟喹750mg,B组顿服甲氟喹750mg+周效磺胺1500mg+乙胺嘧啶75mg,C组顿服甲氟喹750mg+伯喹45mg。以大劣按蚊检测配子体的感染性,以志愿者试验于孢子的感染性。结果全部患者治愈,治疗后7天,A组按蚊涎腺感染率为33.3～87.5％,B组为33.3～85.7％,被叮咬的志愿者全部感染恶性疟;治疗后14天,A组按蚊感染率为0～57.1％,B组为0～60.0％;治疗后21天,A组和B组的感染率均为0。C组仅1例治疗后1天能感染蚊媒,其余各天都未能感染蚊媒。显示甲氟喹和法西嘧对恶性疟配子体感染性无明显抑制作用,可能当地恶性疟原虫对法西达有抗性,当地恶性疟的潜伏期是7～13天。更多还原

【Abstract】 18 patients with P.f. malaria were randomly distributed into groups A, B and C, 6 ones in each group. 750mg of mefloquine, 750mg of mefloquine+1500mg of sulfadoxine+75mg of pyrimethamine, and 750mg of mefloquine+45mg of primaquine were administrated as a single dose orally in groups A, B and C respectively. A.dirus was used to test the infectivity of the gametocytes from the blood of these patients and the healthy volunteers was used to study the infectivity of sporozoites from these mosquitoes. The result showed that all the patients were cured. The percentage of the mosquitoes with salivation gland inoculation were 33.3～87.5%, 33.3～85.7% in groups A and B on day 7 after medication. All volunteers who received the biting of sporozoites positive mosquitoes suffered from P.f. malaria. The percentage of the mosquitoes with sporozoites positive on day 14 after medication were 0～57.1%, 0～60% in groups A and B. On day 21 all mosquitoes were negative in both groups. In group C, only one case could inoculate mosquitoes on day 1 after medication. It is suggested that neither mefloquine nor fansimef can inhibit the infectivity of gametocytes. It may be that the resistance against fansidar of the local strain of P.f. has presented. The latent period of P.f. is between 7～13 days.更多还原
