鳗鲡赤鳍病病原菌的研究
STUDY ON THEPATHOGENS OF RED FIN DISEASE IN EELS
【摘要】 本文研究了鳗鲡赤鳍病的病原菌。从病鱼的肝、肾、血液中分离到11株菌,选择E90427等5株菌进行人工感染,100%的鳗鲡死亡,与自然发病的症状相似。这些菌株的特征都一致。均为革兰氏阴性短杆菌,菌体直。极端单鞭毛,运动,兼性厌氧,发酵葡萄糖、甘油产酸产气。氧化酶和过氧化氢酶阳性,葡萄糖酸盐氧化酶阳性,V.P.反应阳性。葡萄糖和铵盐可作唯一氮碳源,赖氨酸脱羧酶阴性,还原硝酸盐为亚硝酸盐。能利用半乳糖、甘露醇、蔗糖、阿拉伯糖、七叶灵,不利用卫矛醇、肌醇、菊糖、山梨醇和木糖。经分类鉴定为Ⅰ型嗜水产气单胞菌嗜水亚种(Aeromonas hydrophila subsp.hydrophila biotype I.)。
【Abstract】 In 1988, red fin disease of eels was found the Fish Farm of Xiaoshan County in Zhejiang Province. The strains isolated from the liver, kidney and blood of the diseased eels were shown to be the cause of the disease by infection experiment. The symptom was similar to that of natural incidence.This bacterium is short rod shaped, 0.6—0.7×0.9—1.5 um, motile by a single polar fiagellum, nonsporulating, and Gram-negative。Produces acid and gas from glucose, glycerol, galactose and mannitol; oxidase and catalase positive, Veges-Proskauer reaction positive, oxidizes gluconic acid, lysine decarboxylase negative. According to morphology, cultural character as well as physiology and biochemistry reactions and Bergey’s Manual of Determinative Bacteriology 8th ed, this bacterium is considered as a Aeromonas hydrophila subsp. hydrophila biotype I.
