广州地区主要气候因子与荷斯坦奶牛产奶量的关系
THE CORRELATION BETWEEN HOLSTEIN MILK PRODUCTIVITY AND MAIN CLIMATIC FACTORS AROUND GUANGZHOU AREA
【摘要】 本文通过对广州市1985~1987年荷斯坦(Holsteins)113头第一胎泌乳母牛逐日产奶量与同期的逐日平均气温(T)、日最高气温(TM)、日最低气温(Tm)、湿球温度(T?)、水汽压(E)和温湿度指数(THI)的统计分析,结果认为,影响广州地区荷斯坦奶牛产量的主要气象因子为高温。在泌乳早期泌乳的最佳温度和适宜的范围分别为:T15.7℃,10.1~19.4℃;T?17.2℃,12.0~24.3℃;T?13.2℃,7.9~18.4℃;THI62.0,52.7~71.3。当温度超过适宜范围的上限时,泌乳早期和中期产奶量下降。
【Abstract】 The correlation between the daily milk productivity of 113 lactescent cows around Guangzhou area and some meteorological factors such as daily mean temperature (T) , daily high est and lowest temperature (T_M and T_m) , wet-bulb temperature (T_W) . vapor pressure and tempe rature—humidity index (THI) is analysed in this paper. The main climatic factor that influences Holstein milk productivity is high temperature, the optimum and adaptive temperature range in early lactescent stage are summaried:T 15. 7℃, 10. 1~19. 4℃;T_M 17.2℃, 12. 0~24. 3℃Tm 13. 2℃, 7. 9~18. 4℃THI 62. 0℃, 52. 7~71.3℃.If the limit of the adaptive temperature is exceeded, an empirical formula for calculating descending productivity of lactescent cows is suggested:Y_m = 0. 25 [△T + (△T - 1)~2/2], (unit: kg/℃)
