【摘要】 在微酸性介质中,钴对邻二氮菲(Phen)为活化剂的Cr(Ⅵ)—I-氧化还原体系的慢反应具有显著的催化作用。本文研究了反应的动力学条件,并据此提出了一种测定微量钴的动力学新方法;在本文所拟的实验条件下,线性范围为0~4.2μg/mLCo(Ⅱ),方法检测限为0.024μg/mL。除Fe2+,V4,+Ce?外,多数共存离子不影响测定。用本方法测定了井水中的钴含量,分析结果令人满意,样品加入回收率为95.7%~97.1%。

【Abstract】 A novel kinetic-spectrophotometric method for the deternination of trace amount of cobalt has been proposed based on the catalyite effect of cobalt (Ⅱ) on chromium (Ⅵ)-iodide redox reaction with 1,10-phenanthroline as activator. The calibration graph is linear for 0-4.2 μgCo (II) /mL under optimal conditions: pH=2.0, [Cr(VI)]=2.0×10-4 mol/L, [I-]=4.8×10-3 mol/L, [Phen]=3.0×10-4mol/L, and25℃. The detection limit is 0.024μg/mL. The method has been applied to the determination of trace amount of cobalt in water and the results are satisfactory.
