西宁地区过期妊娠胎盘体视学研究——胎盘绒毛毛细血管的形态计量

【摘要】 本文收集西宁地区和南京地区足月及过期妊娠胎盘共计41例,测定了胎盘绒毛毛细血管的组织计量参数,包括毛细血管长度密度L_v及体积密度V_v,进行两地区并足月与过期组比较。结果L_v及V_v值均为西宁过期组比西宁足月及南京过期组显著减小。特别是又将西宁足月与南京足月及南京过期组比较,V_v值均无显著差异,而L_v值西宁足月组均显著减小,提示西宁足月组胎盘绒毛毛细血管在三维结构上呈现短而粗的形态特征,这标志着中度高原的西宁地区足月妊娠时就比南京地区过期妊娠时胎儿承受着更为严重的缺氧危害,为避免胎儿意外,应在足月妊娠时倍加注意监护,必要时适时终止妊娠。

【Abstract】 41 placentae of full term and prolonged pregnancy in Xining and Nanjing regions were collected. The morphometric parameters of the capillaries of placental villi including capillary length density(Lv)and volume density(Vv)were calculated. The parameters from xining and Nanjing,full term group and prolonged group were compared individually-The results are as follows:Lv and Vv of Xining prolonged group were significantly decreased compared with that of Xining full term and Nanjing prolonged group. It is noticed that Xining full term group and Nanjing full term and prolonged groups have no obvious difference on Vv,But Lv of Xining full term group was significantly decreased. This result uidicated that in terms of three-dimensional mophoiogical characteristcs, the capillaries of placental villi of Xining full term group were shorter and thicker,and also indicated that on moderate high plateau i.e. Xining area,the full term fetus-ndured more serious anoxic damage than the postterm fetus of Nanjing area. To avoid fetal accident caused by serious anoxia,it is necessary to pay special attention on monitoring the pregnant process at the telophase of full pregnancy and the pregnancy termination should be considered when necessary.
