【Abstract】 Based on Slater’s model and the IEA (isoelectronic atomic) model introduced in the previous paper, equations for determining effective nuclear charges(Ze)and shielding coefficients (Sj and Sk) are denyed. Regularities shown in these values are discussed. From these values, atomic ionization potentials are calculated and compared with experimental data. The result is satisfactory.更多还原
