【Abstract】 The cementation of Carboniferous limestones in Jiangsu and Anhu; Provinces has been studied systematically. The crystal shapes, mineral components, isotopic compositions of carbon and oxygen, cathodoluminescent character, and homog-enization temperature of fluid inclusions of cements are illustrated. The data show that the cementation in the region was dominantly developed in the unconfined and confined paleoaquifers with relatively enough recharge of meteoric water. And the other cementation which took place in the marine and burial diagenetic environments played a minor role. All these are probably related to the regressive sequence of diagensis, by which the region was controlled.更多还原
