邻位效应对氯磺化反应动力学的影响
Effect of Neighboring Groups on Kinetics of Chlorosulfonation
【摘要】 聚乙烯的氯磺化反应是在半流动体系中采用气固相反应进行的。对提出的反应机理和动力学方程式均作了验证。实验发现,在反应过程中,氯化反应对磺化反应的速度常数比并非一个常数。这是因为氯磺化反应存在位阻效应的缘故。假设位阻效应只受分子链中紧邻基团的影响,反应过程可用三个单元速度常数来描述。数据处理结果得出聚乙烯氯化反应中 k°,k′和 k″分别为0.062,0.044和0.012 l/mol·min。磺化反应的 k°为0.0060 l/mol.min,未发现有明显的位阻反应。
【Abstract】 The reaction mechanism and kinetic equation of chlorosulfonation of polyethyleneare given.It is found that the reactivity ratios of the chlorination to the sulfonation were notconstant in the reaction process.This was due to hindered reaction in the chlorosulfonation.Assuming that the effect of the only closest adjacent groups exists in polymer moleclues,the reaction may be described with three elementary rate constants.That will be proved byexperiments.
