空压机曲轴以铸代锻的试验及应用

【摘要】 分析了国内外以铸代锻的发展趋势,针对EQ6100型发动机空压机曲轴的工况及对性能的要求,提出以球铁代锻钢生产空压机曲轴的方案。通过试验确定了球铁曲轴毛坯的强度、韧性、硬度、珠光体含量等性能指标及生产控制工艺,确定了热处理规范及处理后性能,将曲轴的淬火硬度由原45号钢的HRc≥46,降低为球铁的HRC≥28。经台架试验及装车考核试验表明,其耐磨性比锻钢好,完全能满足使用要求。

【Abstract】 The trend of the substitution of casting parts for forging ones in China and oversea automotive industries is studied in this paper. Considering the operating condition and the requirements to crankshafts for EQ6100 engine air compressor,a crankshaft version made of nodular castiron substituted for forging steel is proposed. Through the experiments,the property indexes such as strength, toughness, harness, pearlite content,and technologies for production control, as well as the heat treatment procedre and properties after treatment are determined. So that the hardness of nodular cast iron crankshafts has decreased to HRC≥28 from HRC≥46 of the original steel 45 ones. The tests on dynamometer and on roads have concluded that the wear resistance of modular iron crankshafts are better than that of the forging steel ones, and can satisfy the requirements to their operation.
