表面强化铸态球铁曲轴在6102D型柴油发动机上的应用
Surface Strengthening of Nodular Cast Iron Crankshafts for 6102D Diesel Engine
【摘要】 试验结果表明,QT70—2球铁曲轴经滚压强化后疲劳极限值为1285Nm,汽车从中产中取样得到的35CrMo或40Cr锻钢曲轴,可用于6102D型柴油机。中试生产表明,曲轴滚压强化是切实可行的,以正常的生产节拍增加滚压和圆角的滚痕抛光工序无技术困难。
【Abstract】 An experimental result shows that the fatigue limit of QT 70—2 (?)lar cast iron crankshafts strengthened by fillet rolling reaches 1283Nm,which is stronger than that of 35CrMo or 40Cr steel forged crankshafts sampled from production. Consequently they are qualified to be used in model 6102D diesel engines. The trial batch production proved that it is feasible to strengthen crankshafts by fillet rolling and that there is no difficulties fechnically in increasing the processes of rolling fillets and polishing rolled marks under mormal production rhythm.
