EQ140型汽车半轴套管失效分析
Failure Analysis of Axle Sleeves for EQ140 Truck
【摘要】 对EQ140型汽车半轴套管的失效分析结果表明,套管的失效是交变弯曲应力与接触应力叠加作用下的微动疲劳断裂,微动疲劳是其基本失效形式。造成套管疲劳强度下降的主要因素,是微动表面摩擦应力、微动剥落坑和试样几何形状三者引起的应力集中。提高套管材料抗粘着磨损的能力和缺口状态下的表面疲劳强度,可提高套管的微动疲劳寿命。
【Abstract】 Based on the failure analysis of axle sleeves for model EQ140 truck, it is found that the failure usually are caused by microfatigue fracture under the superimposition of cyclic bending stress and contacting stress, in other words, microfatigue is the fundamental failure form. The main factors causing the decrease of fatigue strength of axle sleeves are stress concentration due to surface microfriction, microflaking pits and geometric shapes of samples. The microfatigue endurance can be prolonged by improving adbensive wear resistance of sleeve material and surface fatigue strength of notched samples.
