【摘要】 本文从基层情报机构的角度对当前情报信息改革提出了一些看法,提出了情报信息服务应由单纯科技转向包括有经济和市场的全方位服务。文章对情报信息服务方式提出了一些见解,即情报信息服务在改革过程中应逐步实现由被动转向主动,由无偿转向经营,由单纯对本单位服务转向面向全社会服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents some views on current information system reform inrelation to the grass-roots information organizations.It points out that thescope of information service,which now engages mainly in science and techn-ology,should be extended to the fields including economy and market.Theauthor also gives some opinions about the methods of information service.Thr ough reform,the service should be gradually changed from passive topositive in attitude,from free of charge to fee-based in method,and fromintramural to social in scope.更多还原
