【Abstract】 The synthetic ways and properties of PU finishing emulsions for leather Were discussed in this paper.D PU-91 Series PU finish emulsions are prepared by polymerizing TDI, polyester polyhydric alcohol, polyeth-er polyhydric alcohol and butanediol as raw materials, in the proportion of NCO: OH = 1 : 1.05-1.4,in acetone solution, at 50-80℃; reacted to obtain desired viscosity coefficients; followed by adding salt-forming compounds and high functionctiona I cross linking agent of T DI; and subsequently the addition of ion-free water for emu lsification. Ac etones are vaccum-fried to obtain the tit le products.This series finishing agents, when used in finishes of garment leathers and corrected grain leathers, exhibit good adhesions, strong coverages, better re- sistances to cold and heat, and good fastness to wet and dry rubs, as well as, give uniform, smooth and fine surfaces, combined with and full hands.更多还原
