【Abstract】 A thin layer chromatography-colorimetric method for analyzing fenaminosulf has been stud- ied.Technical grade of fenaminosulf could be separated from impurities on silica gel plate developed by a mixture of chloroform/methanol/NH₂·H₂O solution.Fenaminosulf in silica gel was extracted by sodi- um sulfite and was detected by colorimetric method at 435 nm.The results showed that this method is suit- able for formulation analysis of finaminosulf.更多还原
