【摘要】 1991年,采用WHO推荐的氰化高铁法,对宁夏市、县24所学校7、9、12、14、17岁五个年龄组3998名中、小学生进行了贫血调查。结果表明,宁夏中、小学生贫血患病率为35.49％,其中轻度贫血占98.38％,无重度贫血。血红蛋白均值随年龄增长而逐年增加,呈正相关(男生r=0.96、女生r=0.52),9岁和9岁以后男生血红蛋白均值高于女生,差异显著。城、乡之间和回、汉族之间学生贫血患病率无显著差异。女生贫血患病率为37.16％,男生为33.82％,差异显著。现实营养状况与贫血有一定关系。贫血组现实营养状况不良率高于非贫血组,差异极显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 A survey of anaemia was conducted in 1991 among 24 primary & middle schools in Ningxia, using the HIrCn detecting method recommended by WHO. The 3998 students investigated belonged to five age groups, i.e. age 7,9, 12, 14 &17 yrs. The resultant data & records indicated that the chance of having anaemia was 35.49 %, in which, 98.38% being light anaemia, and none was of the severe type. The mean blood conc. of Hgb increased with age, Showing a positive correlation——r 0.96 for boys & 0.52 for girls. At age 9 yrs and afterwards, the mean Hgb in boys was higher than that. in girls, difference between them being statistically significant. As to prevalence rate (PR) of anaemia, (1) the difference between PRs of Hui & Han students, as well as that between PRs of students coming from cities & countryside, were both of no statistical significance; (2) the PR of anaemia among girls was 37.16%, & that among boys was 33.82%, difference between these two being still statistically significant. It is found out that, the actual nutritional status of anaemia students was more serious than that of students without anaemia, difference between them being very prominant.更多还原
