内燃机活塞运动历程的计算和分析
Analysis and Computation on Movement of Diesel Engine Pistons
【摘要】 摘要本文从流体动力润滑的雷诺方程出发,求解作用在活塞裙部的油膜力和力矩.把油膜力和力矩的表达式与活塞裙部的侧向运动方程构成求解活塞运动历程的方程组,给出了可供实用的求解方法,并进行了实例计算.计算结果表明,活塞裙部参数对其润滑特性有明显影响.
【Abstract】 Force acting at piston skirt from hydrodynamic fluid film and moment about piston pin were obtained from Reynolds equation of hydrodynamic lubrication. Equations for piston skirt motion together with expressions for film force and moment constituted equations for piton movement. A useful method of solution was obtained. Calculation results showed that the effect of piston skirt parameters on lubrication characteristics is significant.
