K88—LTB双价基因工程活菌苗免疫机理研究

【摘要】 用K88—LTB双价基因工程活菌苗免疫妊娠后期母猪,然后采用酸性α—醋酸萘酯酶(ANAE)染色试验和SPA菌体与B淋巴细胞SmIg粘附试验检测了实验母猪外周血各种免疫活性细胞的动态变化。结果发现,K88—LTB活菌苗免疫妊娠母猪后,血中ANAE+T淋巴细胞数量先升高后降低,SmIg+B淋巴细胞数量则明显地升高。表明K88—LTB活菌苗首先激发母体细胞免疫功能增强,在T淋巴细胞的辅助和参与下形成大量的免疫活性型B细胞,导致体液免疫功能加强,即K88—LTB活菌苗激发了由T淋巴细胞辅助和介导的体液免疫应答反应。

【Abstract】 Sows in late period of pregnacy were inoculated with K88-LTB genetic engineering live vaccine. Using the assayes of α-naphthyl acetate esterase(ANAE)stainning and staphylococal protein adhering with the surface membrane immunoglobulin(SmIg) of B lymphocyte, we tested the kinetics of ANAE+T and SmIg+B cells of peripheral blood in the vaccinated Sows. The results showed that the level of ANAE+T cell in blood increased in the early vaccinated stage and then decreased later, while the level of SmIg+B cell significantly increased in the vaccinated sows. the result indicated that the K88-LTB live vaccine had stimulated the cellular immune response and humoral immune response of the vaccinated sows, and the humoral immune response was mediated and helped by T lymphocyte
