小茴香果实挥发油化学成分的研究

【摘要】 我区产小茴香果实经水蒸汽蒸馏所得挥发油,采用气相色谱—质谱—电子计算机联用仪分析,从分离出的30个峰中鉴别出24种化合物,其中冰片烯、3.4—二甲基—2.4,6—辛三烯、异柠檬烯、δ—杜松烯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、8—甲基癸酸甲酯、三十烷酸甲酯、2.7—二甲基辛烷、2.4.6—三甲基辛烷、4.7—二甲基十一烷、3.7—二甲基十一烷、8.8—二甲基十一烷,等12种化合物未见有报道。已鉴定成分总量为98.08%。

【Abstract】 Volatile oil is obtained by hydro-distillatio from fruits of fennel plant growing in Inner Mongolia. The chemical constituents of the colatile oil from fennel were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC--MS). Tuenty four Compounds have been identified from separated 30 peaks in spectrum from the oil. Among them the bornylene, 3. 4-dimefhyl-2. 4. 6-octatrcene, isolimonene, δ-Cadinene, 1. 2-benzenedicarboxylic a(?)d dibutyl ester, 3- methyldecanoic acid methyl ester, triacontanoic acid methyl ester, 2. 7-dimethyl octane, 2. 4. 6-trimethyl octane, 4. 7-dimethyl undecane, 3. 7-dimethyl undeane, 3. 8-dimethyl undecane et 12 cgmpounds have not been Seen in other reports. The total content of 24 Components in the Vola(?)ile oil is 98. 08%.
