【摘要】 用ABC免疫组织化学方法对新疆犏牛胃肠道中G细胞进行鉴别,在胃和十二指肠部位均显示出阳性细胞。幽门处分布最密,向后则呈下降趋势,空肠至直肠须未见阳性反应。G细胞呈锥形、长梭形或不规则形。胞核呈空泡状阴性反应。胞质中颗粒明显,胞质突起常伸向腔面或邻近细胞或基膜。本文对新疆犏牛胃肠中G细胞的分布情况进行讨论,并和其它牛类和动物胃肠中G细胞作形态学方面比较。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using immunohistochemical staining technique of avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex (ABC) method, G cells were identified in the gastrointestinal canal of the Xinjiang pian niu [yak(♂) X cattle(♀) hybrid]. The positive cells were found in the gastric canal and duodenum,and the most density was in the pylorinc orifice, thereafter the distribution density was decreased gradually,and no positive reaction could be seen from the jejunum to the rectum. G cells were pyramid or long shuttle or irregular in shape. Nucleus showed negative reaction and empty caveola. In the cytoplasm,the hormone granules were clear,and the cytoplasmic processes often estended to glandular cavity or adjacent cells or basement membrane. In the present paper,the distribution of G cells in the gastrointestinal canal of Xinjiang pian niu was discussed.and the morphology of G cells of pian niu was compared with that of other cattle and animal.更多还原
