盐酸甜菜碱的降压作用及其机理

【摘要】 对犬、免和大鼠(WKY,SHR)iv 盐酸甜菜碱后,均有显著的降压作用,起效快,维持时间短。侧脑室注射和椎动脉注射盐酸甜菜碱对血压几乎无影响;自主神经节阻断后,盐酸甜菜碱仍具有明显降压作用;阻断 M 胆碱受体、β肾上腺素受体、组胺受体以及切断双侧迷走神经对盐酸甜菜减降压作用无明显影响。盐酸甜菜碱减弱肾上腺素和去甲肾上腺素对兔的升压效应。犬血管阻力实验证明盐酸甜菜碱有明显降低血管阻力的作用。本文研究结果表明,盐酸甜菜碱的降压作用主要在于扩张外周血管所致。

【Abstract】 ABSTRACT Betaine (102—500mg/kg) resulted in rapid and marked reduction in blood pressure in anesthetized animals (dog,rabbit and rat) and conscious animals(WKy and SHR rats).The blood pressure in the rats(SHR)was lowered by 19±3% (180mg/kg,I.V.)and 45 ±9% (500mg/kg,I.V.),lasting for 1.2±0.5min and 5.0±1.5min respe- ctively.In other animals,the effect was similar to that seen in rats. When injected via the lateral ventricle of rabbit brain and the vertebr- al artery of the dog,betaine didn’t caused any change in blood pressur- e.The blood vessel resistance of dog hind limbs was obviously decreas- ed by betaine.The hypotensive effect of betaine was not attenuated by atropine,propranolol,diphenhydramine,cutting the bilateral vagi.Be- taine resulted in an increase of the hypotensive effect of hexamethionium —blocking of autonomic nods in dogs,as well as a decrease in the hype- rtensive effect of adrenalin and noradrenalin.It is proposed that be- taine produces its hypotensive effect via direct vasodilation.
