【摘要】 <正> 明党参伞形科(umbelliferae)植物明党参(changium smyrnioides Wolff)又名土人参。具有补气生津,和中解毒,润肺化痰,强壮筋骨的功效。它在清除自由基和抗氧化作用方面的工作尚未见报道。故本文用明党参不同提取物对大鼠肝匀浆上清液中脂质过氧化物的生成影响进行观察。 1 材料和方法 1.1 试剂和药物 1.1.1 试剂:四乙氧基丙烷为fluka产品。十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)日本进口分装。硫代巴比妥酸(TBA),生化级,江苏宜兴第二合成工厂。冰醋酸、95/dl乙醇、石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、丙酮和甲醇均为分析纯,南京化学试剂厂。更多还原

【Abstract】 Besides the extract of chloroform, the different extracts of Radix Changli can markedly inhibit the formation of lipid peroxide (P<0.05 as compared with the control group). The best inhibiting effect was obtained with extracts of alconols, especially methyl alcohol.更多还原
