【摘要】 测定了野生一粒小麦与普通小麦(宁麦3号)叶片的光合速率,光合产物输出速率。输出百分率及光合产物的分配。观察了叶片的维管束结构.结果说明:与野生一粒小麦相比,宁麦3号的光合速率较低,光合速率高值持续期较长;光合产物输出速率较低,但维持高速输出的时期较长,且光合产物输出百分率较高.光合速率与光合产物输出速率和光合产物输出百分率成显著正相关。苗期光合产物的分配,野生一粒小麦以分蘖节中较多,宁麦3号以根系与叶片中较多。野生一粒小麦旗叶的光合产物向下运输,贮藏在茎秆中较多,尤其是第二节间;宁麦3号旗叶的光合产物直接运向穂部较多。本文还讨论了叶片维管束结构与光合、运输功能的关系.更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the characteristies of lcaf photosynthesis and photosynthate export in T.boeoticum Boiss and T.aestivum L.cv.Ningmai No.3.Compared with T.aestivum L.cv.Ningmai No.3,T.boeoticum had higher rate of photosynthesis,shorter photosynthetic active duration and shorter highphotosynthate export duration,higher rate of export and lower percentage of export of photosynthate.Therewas an extremely significant positive correlation between the rate of photosynthesis and rate ofphotosynthate export.There was also an extremely significant positive correlation between the rate ofphotosynthesis and the percentage of the photosynthate export.The consonance between the structure and function of wheat leaf is also discussed in the paper.更多还原
