【摘要】 通过光镜、电镜观察和显微测量分析,比较研究了促孕灌注液及其主要组分药红花、淫羊藿和益母草对成年去卵巢小白鼠子宫内膜的显微和超微结构的影响。结果表明,各中药均能引起实验鼠子宫内膜持续增生,证实它们具有雌激素样作用。其中,促孕灌注液的作用明显强于其各组分单味药。3种单味药相比,淫羊藿的作用稍强于红花和益母草。更多还原

【Abstract】 A comparative study was conducted on the effect of the Chinese herbal medicinal extract knownas“fertility-promoting interauterine infusion liquid”(FPL)促孕灌注液 and its three main ingredients——Floscarthami,Herba epimedii and Ⅱ erba leonuri on micro-and ultra-structure of endometrium in spayed maturemice by observation of light and electron microscopy and micromeasure analysis.The results showed that allChinese medicine,whether complex prescription or single componet,could lead the endometrium ofexperimental mice to proliferate lastingly,and confirmed that they had a estrogen-like effect,but thecompound FPL is apparently stronger than any one of the three ingredients.By comparing the three,it couldbe seen that Ⅱerba epimedii is slightly stronger than Flos carthami and Herba leonuri.更多还原
